Feeling Sluggish? Try This

Was talking with one of our member’s this morning about her diet lately and how she’s been feeling and she made the comment that she noticed an increase in sluggishness lately.

Thankfully this member did a self evaluation and found some issues with her diet that were making her feel tired, run down, and just off.

You know what the best part was about this story?

She changed her diet.

Instead of lamenting over her lack of energy, focus, and anything else, she decided she’d had enough with it and she changed her diet.

If you notice yourself nodding off around 11am….1pm…or even 3pm, take a good look at what you’re eating.

Are you eating lean protein sources with each meal?

Do you include vegetables with almost every meal?

Is your water intake where it needs to be?

Are healthy fats a staple in your diet?

Do you make vitamins a priority?

If you answered no to any of these, focus on that first before you start adding in more coffee or looking for another stimulant.
